Conferences
A selection of the workshops and conferences we have organized.
Come, let's join forces with a collective consciousness and make a real, sustainable impact.
About the Conference
As part of the social entrepreneurship workshops held internationally on a regular basis since 2019, with participants from 59 different countries, self-sustaining innovative solution models developed for social problems are examined, and this experience is adapted to Turkiye's civil society ecosystem.
Building on this experience, the "NGO Revenue Model Building and Sustainability Training Conference" is carried out under protocol No. 225-M-307, signed on 08.08.2025 with the Directorate General of Civil Society Relations of the Turkish Ministry of Interior (T.C. İçişleri Bakanlığı Sivil Toplumla İlişkiler Genel Müdürlüğü).
Objectives
- Helping NGOs move beyond a grant- and donation-focused financing structure to build their own sustainable revenue models
- Enabling them to diversify their sources of financing
- Strengthening institutional capacity so organizations become sustainable in the long term
Topics Covered
- Revenue model development and financial sustainability strategies
- Social innovation and social entrepreneurship case studies
- How to access national and international grant, fund, and support programs
Participants are also introduced to free and discounted technology programmes that NGOs can apply for: Google Ad Grants (up to USD 10,000 per month in ad credit for approved NGOs), the nonprofit programmes of Google Workspace, Canva and Microsoft, NGO discounts on AI tools, and grant and support programmes from platforms such as Help Steps, AbilityPool and hangel.org. Benefiting from these programmes depends on each provider's application and approval conditions. See all grant and support programs
