We prepared the Protocol on Employment Partnerships Based on Volunteering and Social Contribution together with an implementation guide. The protocol sets out principles for how companies can evaluate candidates' volunteering experience in recruitment.
Our goal is to spread an understanding of merit that gives priority to people who work for the public good — positioning volunteering as more than a hobby, as a valuable experience.
