1. Data Controller

This notice is prepared by the association ("the Association") acting as data controller. The Association is a single legal entity, registered under the official name "Uluslararası Sosyal Fayda Derneği" (International Social Benefit Association), and presented on this site, on the hangel platform, and in its international work as "Social Business Global".

2. Personal Data Processed

Through our contact and feedback forms, only the data you choose to provide is processed:

• Identity / contact: full name and email address.
• Message content: the subject and body of your message (free text you write in the form).
• Any other information you voluntarily include when filling in the form.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Responding to your contact requests and questions.
• Evaluating your feedback, suggestions, and applications.
• Contacting you where necessary to resolve your request.

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed on the basis that it is necessary for the establishment/performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-(c)), for the establishment and protection of a right (art. 5/2-(e)), and for legitimate interests (art. 5/2-(f)); where none of these apply, processing is based on your explicit consent under KVKK art. 5/1. The checkbox in our forms only confirms that you have read this notice; it is not a statement of explicit consent. If any processing requires explicit consent, it will be asked for separately and on an optional basis.

5. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the statutory limitation/retention periods set out in applicable legislation; once the purpose no longer exists or your request is resolved, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

6. Transfers

Your personal data is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes with any third party. It may be processed only with hosting/infrastructure service providers strictly necessary to deliver the service, within the framework of applicable law and confidentiality obligations; it may be shared with authorized public authorities where there is a legal obligation.

7. Your Rights (KVKK art. 11)

Under KVKK art. 11, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request rectification if processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• Request erasure or destruction within the conditions of the KVKK,
• Request that rectification, erasure, and destruction be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred,
• Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

8. How to Apply

You may submit requests regarding your rights by email to info@socialbusinessglobal.org or in writing to the official address above. Your application is concluded free of charge within the periods set out in the KVKK and related legislation (as a rule, within 30 days at the latest); where the process entails an additional cost, a fee from the tariff set by the Board may be charged.
