Social entrepreneurship training in Sehzadeler

In the training organized by Sehzadeler Municipality in order to combat social problems, social entrepreneurship training was given to the participants by Ismail Hilmi Adiguzel, Leader of the International Social Entrepreneurship Association (Social Business Global) and Social Entrepreneurship Mentor.

The coronavirus outbreak and pandemic process has affected the entrepreneurship ecosystem as in many areas in Turkey and the world, making social problems more palpable. Social entrepreneurship training was given to the participants in the training given by Manisa Sehzadeler Municipality in the historical Bedesten. In the training given by Social Business Global President Social Entrepreneurship Mentor Ismail Hilmi Adiguzel, it was conveyed how social problems can be solved with sustainable methods, what is being done internationally, and how to take action by using the current conditions. In addition to Celal Bayar University students, managers of non-governmental organizations attended the training. Social Entrepreneurship Mentor Ismail Hilmi Adiguzel said, “The pandemic process was a period when economic and social development was negatively affected. In order to turn this negative situation into a positive one, it is very important to inform volunteer young people who produce projects and want to contribute.”

In the closing speech of Bilal Demir, Deputy Mayor of Sehzadeler Municipality, Demir emphasized the importance of solving social problems for Manisa and our country and thanked Adiguzel for the training.
